How much do You Charge to Ship to my State?

We charge a flat $8 shipping fee for deliveries within CA and NV (1–2 business days). For all other U.S. states, rates range from $10–$25 based on delivery speed. *Additional fees may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

Free shipping on orders containing $250 or more in compounded medications (This excludes non-compounded/commercially available items such as Norditropin, Omnitrope, Armour Thyroid, NP Thyroid, Pregnyl, Depo-Testosterone, estradiol patches, etc.)

Shipping methods included for free shipping

  • UPS 1–2 business-day delivery within California and Nevada
  • FedEx Ground (up to 5 business days) for all other U.S. states
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on carrier conditions.

Free Shipping Discount Exceptions

  • Orders containing non-compounded medications
  • Expedited shipping requested by the patient
  • Overnight shipping for refrigerated medications
