Topiclick PERL™ Device

The Topi-CLICK® Perl™ is a specialized vaginal dosing system designed for precise, comfortable, and hygienic application of vaginal creams or gels. It combines the Topi-CLICK® dispenser with a Snap-On Vaginal Applicator™, ensuring accurate dosing and ease of use.

Each click dispenses 0.25 mL of cream into the Topi-CLICK® dispenser for mess free, measured application.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly.
  • Remove the outer cap from the Topi-CLICK® Perl.
  • Snap on the vaginal applicator to the small round port on top of the device.
  • Turn the dial at the bottom of the device until you hear the number of clicks prescribed (each click = 0.25 mL).
  • Check the applicator tip to make sure the cream has filled the barrel.
  • Gently insert the applicator into the vagina while lying down or standing with one leg raised.
  • Push the plunger to release the cream.
  • Remove the applicator, rinse with warm soapy water, and let it air dry (if reusable).
  • Replace the cap on the device and wash your hands.

Tip: Use at bedtime to reduce leakage. You may wear a panty liner if needed.

  • Use the number of clicks as indicated by your doctor.
  • Use at bedtime to help the medicine stay in place
  • Typically, avoid sex immediately after application to reduce transfer to your partner
  • Wash hands well after use
  • Do not use tampons while on vaginal treatment
